How to find your water heater serial number

Following advice from the manufacturer of the Suburban hot water heater we are conducting a recall of units manufactured between April 4^th 2018 and August 1^st 2019.

The recall is also limited to units within a specified serial number range – namely 181315552 through 193002648 and also serial numbers 8183311827 and 8190201139. In order to check if your water heater is included in the specified serial number range you are asked to investigate as follows;

1. Open the exterior door of the water heater on the outside of your vehicle.
2. Read and record the serial number shown on the product label – as detailed in the images below
3. Once you have accurately read and recorded the serial number – enter it in to the serial number ‘finder’ box below
